PLEASE NOTE: For the safety of our customers, we will be requiring proof of full COVID vaccination to enter the venue, until further notice. More details at holocene.org/vaccine It’s 21:00 on October 23, 2021. A dystopian future. The Holocene corresponds with the impact of the human species. It’s as if all of civilization is corrosive and unlivable. You put on a mask and enter cautiously through the corridor. Immediately, you’re met with industrious rhythms that melt through your body. Novail and Violet Flux are facilitating an alignment causing brain waves to synchronize. Fog dampens your line of sight, and you join the stampede of feet on the concrete floor. As you dance, you enter a new plane of existence. A better one. Stevie 303 hits the body with acidic frequencies that ripple through the spine. They’re cleansing; healing even. Lights disorient you and you begin to disassociate . It’s as if you’ve forgotten about the state of the world. Colors flow with Violet Flux and reality loses its tangibility. Thoughts get carried by rhythm as you escape to your subconscious. It feels like decades since people could be together again, dancing with Perfect Health. And as the roaring kicks knock the dust from the concrete walls, they begin to crumble with Novail. Time stands completely still. There was no yesterday. There is no tomorrow. There is only now.
