Spend the Night Presents: Daniel Avery (Phantasy, Mute

Spend The Night presents Daniel Avery (Phantasy, Mute - UK) https://shop.phantasysound.co.uk/collections/daniel-avery https://www.instagram.com/danielmarkavery https://danielavery.komi.io/ with: Leeonn Sunrise Energy Club Since releasing his debut album Drone Logic on Phantasy in 2013, Daniel Avery has progressed since to become one of the most widely-recognised and revered talents in British electronic music. Avery’s relationship with the label continues in 2022 with ‘Ultra Truth’, featuring collaborations not only the production touch of Ghost Culture and Manni Dee, but also he vocals of HAAi, Jonnine Standish (HTRK), AK Paul and the voices of Marie Davidson, Kelly Lee Owens, Sherelle and James Massiah. “I’m working with an entirely different world of sound on this record. Every single influence from the last decade spent on the road plays a part. Things that have been in the back of my mind forever, warped, distorted and pushed to a new place.” Ultra Truth is just that. It’s the ultimate musical truth of one of the UK's most innovative, boundary-pushing electronic producers. And the truth is, this is a record to give you a burning sense of hope. A hugely popular DJ, Avery has headlined and curated lineups for venues and events including Fabric, Les Nuits Sonores and The Warehouse Project. In 2022, Avery debuted his first ever live show, which toured festivals including Primavera Sound, Melt, Roskilde and in his home city of London, Field Day.
