Every week, teaching artists walk into classrooms across Oregon and SW Washington with drums, paintbrushes, scripts and clay. Students find new ways to speak, move and make. Teachers see something new in their students. That’s the joy we’re celebrating this season.
This year, our community came together to protect arts education for 35,000 kids, and that deserves a party!
Join Arts for Learning Northwest for Share Your Joy, a free early evening celebrating everyone who made it possible across Oregon and SW Washington. Make art with our teaching artists, enjoy live music, and hear stories from the classrooms at the heart of this work.
