Silvertongue performs across the country, playing shows and festivals coast to coast. They’ve shared the stage with artists such as Almost Monday, Krooked Kings, Sure Sure and Wild Party, continuing to grow their national presence with every performance.
In 2025, the band released their highly anticipated third studio album, “Fossils”, recorded at Jackpot! Recording Studio in Portland, OR. The album was engineered and mixed by Zach Bloomstein (Modest Mouse, Portugal. The Man), promising to deliver their signature blend of vibrant energy and captivating storytelling.
Portland’s own Bikini Drone brings intriguing blends of jammy psych-disco and funky spy pop to deliver extended musical meditations which span everything from New Wave to surfy desert rock. Pitted against a culture of anxiety and uncertainty the band’s heart remains centered in harmony with the soul and the natural world, a danceable antidote to these vibrant and troubled times. An infectious blend of trusting personalities ideally suited for on-stage exploration featuring songwriter singer Sloan Martin on guitar and keys, Gabriel Porter on bass, Dominik Schmidt on lead guitar, and Paul Conroy on drums.
AUROCHS has cooked up a special sauce for the Portland music scene—one that’s equal parts sweet and sour. Quirky but catchy melodies float across angular riffs and polyrhythmic figures, creating the sensation of being hugged by a friendly rhinoceros—or perhaps the now extinct proto-bison which inspired the band’s name. Converging in Portland after contributing to music scenes as diverse as New York, Chicago, Nashville, and Guadalajara, the band’s five members inject their wide-ranging musical and cultural backgrounds into an indie rock sound that is weird but wonderful.
