His efforts have given him a number of critically acclaimed years, including a series of standout EPs, remixes for Sampha and R&S Records, and establishing Timedance as one of the most vital proponents of fresh UK dance music.His DJing is also increasingly respected worldwide. A standout set at Dekmantel’s Selectors festival earned him a place in The Guardian’s ‘Best Mixes of 2018’ list, and Mixmag ranked him as one of their top 20 DJs in 2017. Recent times have seen him tour Asia, America and play a series of the best festivals in Europe (a list including; Field Day, Freerotation, Dimensions, Unsound, Dekmantel Selectors and many more).

More details at holocene.org/vaccine Orkis is the Electro-pop Synthwave project of artist and producer, Joseph Lanker featuring angelic songstress Casey Hoelting. Currently based in Portland, Oregon, their music is rooted in piano composition, enhanced by visual and performance art. The debut record ‘Afterbath’ was released in April 2019 as an eclectic mixture of atmospheric environments, industrial percussion, and avant-pop. Orkis then released videos for “Pivot” and “Shadows”, two hit singles from the album, and began performing throughout the west coast. Since then, Joseph has produced music and videos receiving accolades from Postpunk.com, Xray.fm, Mercury magazine, and the Berlin label, Occultists. Orkis’ second record “VISCERA” will be released Friday April 29th, 2022 on all platforms. The 10 track album is a dynamic combination of Trip-hop, Ambient techno, Industrial glam rock, and nods to 80’s synth-pop. Orkis will inspire the urge to dance with a filthy pout, inviting a very ‘visceral’ experience.
