Larrenwong is a self-taught vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter from Union City, CA. The child of a Filipino immigrant mother and Black American father, Larren has a rich cultural foundation. His grandfather, a jazz band leader and flautist in the New York Philharmonic was an early musical role model for Larren, despite being hard to impress. The now 27 year old artist began playing the guitar at the age of 12 and along the way, learned how to produce, play bass, piano, and the bassoon as well. After playing D1 football and obtaining a Masters in Creative Management at Northwestern University, Larren played linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks before deciding to leave athletics to pursue a full time career as a musician. Drawing heavily from sounds of the Bay Area as well as artists like Erykah Badu, J Dilla, and D’Angelo, Larrenwong fuses his range of influences and life experience into a worldly sound that is uniquely his own.

Over the last several years, Riz has built an increasingly growing following through a heatmaking string of singles and EPs, drawing from musical influences ranging from the underground to Billboard’s Hot 100. Ana Roxanne, Rachika Nayar – Early show! – 21+

Ana Roxanne is a New York based musician working at the interzone of electric meditation, dream pop, and ambient songcraft. Her self-titled EP was later reissued by Leaving Records before signing with Kranky for her official full-length debut, 2020’s Because Of A Flower. Her inspirations span the secular (R&B divas of 1980’s and 90’s) and the spiritual (Catholic choral traditions in which she was raised), synthesized into a uniquely intuitive sonic language, equal parts atmospheric and ancient, healing and hermetic.Rachika Nayar is a Brooklyn-based musician. On her debut, Our Hands Against the Dusk, Nayar used her guitar as the primary source for sound design, mutating the instrument beyond recognition through layers of digital processing. Soon after, the album’s companion EP, fragments, on RVNG Intl’s imprint Commend, demonstrated the types of raw guitar-playing that would be transfigured into those grander compositions—miniature genre sketches that touched upon everything from post-rock to Midwestern emo. Nayar’s second full-length, Heaven Come Crashing, takes a left-turn into electronic maximalism. Retaining her mangled guitar stylings, she expands the tonal palette by looking not so much to the fretboard, as to the dance floor and the silver screen. With its M1 piano stabs, supersaws, and glimpses of Amen breaks, the album charts a luminescent space between 5 a.m. warehouse raves and the urban freeways of its cover image—romantic, nocturnal, and reckless in its velocity and emotional abandon.

Where were you the first time you heard Charlie Burg’s Infinitely Tall? Or, rather — where will you be? What does that place mean to you? Hopefully it’s somewhere special. Infinitely Tall is about spaces — the ones that make, break, shape, and uplift us. The debut album marks a shift for the Metro Detroit, Michigan-born singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Across this album’s 15 songs, Charlie augments his bedrock of lo-fi soul and lush indie-pop with exciting new textures: the forward motion of driving post-punk, sparkling electronic abrasion, and the melodic grip of romantic 90s indie-rock. Burg, who plays nearly every instrument on the record, marries the golden-era perfectionism of his early music with an enticing new fondness for chaos. In the touring world, Charlie created a foundation for himself through supporting artists like Ashe, Moonchild, and Jeremy Zucker in 2019 across the US and Europe.
