Hotel Pools  is an electronic music producer from Portland, OR.

Drenched in rain and reverb, musician Ben Braun has crafted his own path, releasing four full-length albums, three EP’s, and various singles & collaborations since 2018.

Hotel Pools’ 2019 album Constant spent two weeks on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Album Sales Chart.

Wavefinder:

Sferro is an Akron, Ohio based synthwave artist. He has been making records for over a decade. After founding Girlfriend Records in 2012, he went on to release four albums as well as a multitude of EPs and singles. His collaborators over the years include Mecha Maiko, Mizucat, Phono Ghosts, Highway Superstar, and Tommy ’86 among others.

Makeup and Vanity Set is a Nashville, Tennessee based synthwave artist. He started releasing music twenty years ago. In that time, he has released 19 albums, many EPs and singles, and as many original soundtracks for film, television, podcasts and games. His film credits include Death Note, Godzilla vs Kong, The Girlfriend Experience, Stranger Things, HBO’s The Watchmen and Gangs of London. He has collaborated with artists such as Mitch Murder, Yatte, Jasmin Kaset, Mizucat, Trey Frey, Hotel Pools, Saman Kesh, and Liam Wong.

In 2023, Sferro and Makeup and Vanity Set released “WAVEFINDER” to critical acclaim on Stratford Ct. Records.

Portland and Seattle based producers Julian Kumar and Kash Choudhary make up the emerging melodic house duo titled, “the.halflife”. Having grown up with influences from Southeast Asian culture, and the pristine aura of the Pacific Northwest, this duo embodies its roots by being found at the crossroads of organic synths and the natural world.

The 26 and 27 year old first originally met when performing as solo acts at a show during their college days, and have been working on music together since. Collectively the two write songs that gently ebb and flow, in a similar manner that the human race tries to with life on this planet. Inspired by elements of nature, science, and their very own heritage, Kumar and Choudhary take listeners on passionate journeys when experiencing their music. One can expect to get a fusion of touching chords, empowering brass, uplifting harmonies, and soothing ear candy when listening to the ambiance that “the.halflife” creates. Their original tracks are also supplemented with a new mix series that is out on SoundCloud, titled “Talk of the Trees”. Their mixes feature songs from artists such as Lane 8 and Nora En Pure, and make listeners feel like as if they are embarking on a voyage, while getting lost amongst the ins and outs of transition.
